We seek top talent: SUPPORT (Shift Role – 100% On-site) Objective: Support the operation and technical support of the client’s technological platforms by providing initial response to incidents and requests, basic monitoring, and execution of standard operational activities, ensuring timely escalation and service continuity in accordance with defined processes. Requirements: · Systems / Computer Science / Information Technology / Telecommunications or related field Competencies (Mandatory): · At least 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience for Junior profiles in *Linux operating system administration*. · At least 6 months to 1 year of experience for Junior profiles in *database administration* (ORACLE). · Basic knowledge of operating system migration and IIS administration. · Cloud system migration experience is desirable.
