We are looking for a Senior Kafka Developer with at least 3 years of experience in Java Spring, advanced Kafka, event-driven architectures, and distributed messaging platforms to join our team. Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite) at Reforma or Periférico, CDMX Experience: Minimum 3 years in backend development with Java Spring and Apache Kafka. English: Conversational level, minimum B2. Key Skills and Knowledge: Microservice development with Java Spring / Spring Boot. Experience with Kafka Streams and Kafka Connect. Handling of event formats, headers, and correlation tracing. Experience with Confluent Kafka and Schema Registry. Knowledge of Avro, Protobuf, and JSON Schema serialization. Implementation of at-least-once and exactly-once consumption patterns.
