We are looking for a Senior Call Center Supervisor to join our office in CDMX. Your primary mission will be to maximize each team’s productivity by leading effectively and ensuring optimal operational management to achieve outstanding results. What will you do daily? Operational Management: Develop strategies to optimize call center operations and respond efficiently to customer requests. Analytics and Reporting: Continuously monitor operations using dashboards and analytical tools, preparing performance reports with key indicators and KPIs. Team Leadership: Design and implement training plans while ensuring your team meets established KPIs. Problem Resolution: Escalate and manage service incidents effectively, delivering detailed reports to both clients and the Call Center Manager. What are we looking for? Required Experience: Proven track record as a Call Center Supervisor or Leader in delinquent collections campaigns (high default rates). Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in call center metrics (ASA, conversion rate, contactability, etc.) and dashboard interpretation. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire, train, and drive teams toward achieving aggressive goals. Attitude: Excellent disposition, resilience, and absolute focus on results. What do we offer? Job Stability: Initial 30-day contract, extendable to 60 days, followed by direct transition to an Indefinite-Term Contract (Permanent Position).
