




Summary: Seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to lead a team, manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements in a large operation. Highlights: 1. Drive process improvements and digitization of payroll systems Tata Consultancy Services Mexico is the largest operation of TCS in Latin America, with 11000+ employees and growing. We are looking for an experienced Payroll supervisor, the activities include, but not limited: • Leading the payroll team • End to end payroll processing. • Experience calculation / PTU, Aguinaldo, Teleworking, severance and settlements. • Responsible to ensure all salaries, deductions, and other payroll components are correct and complete • Overseeing each payroll run (ordinary, extraordinary as PTU, Aguinaldo, Teleworking, severance and settlements). • Reporting regularly to management (SLA and KPI’s) • Analyzing the payroll function for possible improvements • Control and reconciliation payroll system vs GL, tax base • Responsible for implementing process needed to further digitize payroll system. • Responsible to supervise and manage payslips (Tax authority) • Support and attention internal and external audits • Prime Risk calculation & SUA • Provide good level of service to the internal clients • Emision de recibos de nomina – Issue payslips (Tax authority) • Manejo de plataformas para emisión recibos de Nomina. • ISN calculo and Fonacot • Support and attention internal and external audits • Dictamen IMSS, INFONAVIT • Proactive identifying changes in legislation and application. The following are requirements for the role: • • Manager on hands • Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Administration or related area. • Experience in large HC including expats • Minimum 10 years of experience in payroll manager desirable (6 minimum) • Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Administration or related area. • Strong knowledge of social contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT) platforms, calculations, and labor and tax compliance as: • Confrontas on SUA vs IDSE, o Knowledge of ICSOE, SISUB, • Advanced English. • ERP payroll management desirable (SAP, Oracle). • Advanced Excel • Improvement of process, strengthen controls • Very good knowledge on Payroll process and labor and tax legislation applicable. • Excellent communication and people skills . -Requerimientos- Educación mínima: Educación superior - Licenciatura 10 años de experiencia Idiomas: Inglés Palabras clave: nominas, sueldo, paga, retribucion, salary, payslip, payroll, wage, pay, payment, nominista, residente, encargado, supervisor, subgerente, responsable, coordinador, gestor, capitan
