Job Summary: We are seeking a Middleware Specialist to monitor, operate, and troubleshoot middleware platforms, documenting procedures to enrich the knowledge base. Key Highlights: 1. Documentation of procedures for the knowledge base KODE IT, a leading Mexican consultancy firm specializing in ICT and software development, is seeking a Middleware Specialist to fulfill the following profile. Required Knowledge: • Proficiency with middleware application servers such as: JBoss, Apache Tomcat, IIS, and/or WebLogic. • Production system operations and monitoring. • Administration of Linux and Windows operating systems. • Bash and/or Shell scripting knowledge is desirable. Experience: • Minimum verifiable experience of 1 year. Job Responsibilities: • Monitoring and operation of processes, services, and health status of middleware platforms. • Performing troubleshooting of operational incidents. • Documenting implementation procedures and activities to enrich the team’s knowledge base. • Understanding and learning the functionality and architecture of the systems operated, as well as their relevance to business unit operations.
