Position Summary: We are seeking a General Accountant with experience in accounting records, tax calculation, and preparation of financial statements for various companies. Key Highlights: 1. Accounting software proficiency (ASPEL – COI, SAE) and Excel 2. Calculation and determination of provisional tax payments and annual tax return 3. Preparation of Financial Statements and reconciliations We require a GENERAL ACCOUNTANT to work in Mexico City. Work Location: Col. LOMAS DE CHAPULTEPEC I SECCION, CP 11000, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX. REQUIREMENTS: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting. - Minimum 2–4 years of experience - Knowledge and proficiency in accounting software (ASPEL – COI, SAE) and Excel - Experience and knowledge in: Accounting entries, Federal and Local tax determination, Compliance with tax obligations, Determination and filing of the annual tax return, Preparation of financial statements. WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Accounting recording of transactions across various group companies. • Calculation and determination of provisional tax payments, annual tax return, and submission to SAT. • Determination and submission of informative tax returns and DIOT to SAT. • Bank reconciliations. • Accounting and electronic invoicing. • Intercompany reconciliations. • Customer and/or supplier reconciliations. • Preparation of Financial Statements. • Account cleanup.
