Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Functional Analyst. Manage critical or complex incidents. Lead the transition of business requirements into viable technical solutions. Root cause analysis: Investigate why recurring failures occur and diagnose structural issues within the tool. Continuous improvement: Design process optimization proposals based on bottlenecks identified during daily support activities.
