Job Summary: We are seeking an Enterprise Architect with strategic vision and technical capability to lead and communicate architectures to diverse audiences. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic and technical leadership in reference architecture. 2. Ability to communicate architecture to both technical and executive audiences. 3. Focus on leaving installed capabilities and enabling continuous improvement. Enterprise Architect Important note: Not a building architect. Work modality: Hybrid – Santa Fe We require someone who can serve as the program’s Reference Architect: possessing strategic vision and the ability to translate that into day-to-day technical decisions, working closely with internal technical leaders. Required Technical Profile 10+ years in solution or enterprise architecture Key Technologies AWS Well-Architected Framework, VPC, IAM, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, EventBridge IBM CP4BA BAW, ODM, FileNet (proven experience preferred) Java/Spring Boot microservices; integration patterns: REST APIs, events, messaging Architecture governance: TOGAF, ArchiMate, or equivalent frameworks Hybrid environments: On-premise + public cloud in regulated sectors Security: OWASP, zero-trust, encryption, IAM, network segmentation Strong experience in financial or insurance sectors in Mexico or LATAM Competencies: Ability to communicate architecture effectively to both technical audiences and senior executives (C-suite). Focused on embedding capabilities within internal teams—not just delivering documentation. Skilled at collaborating simultaneously with multiple technical leaders and building trust. Mindset of continuous improvement and constant adaptation to market trends.
