You will play a key role in managing critical data that drives business decision-making. What will you do? Manage and ensure the integrity of commercial databases End-to-end management of data incidents (receipt, analysis, tracking, and closure) Coordinate solutions with technical teams, analysts, and business stakeholders Monitor SLA compliance and generate performance reports Analyze data to identify trends, errors, and improvement opportunities Document root causes and propose preventive solutions Collaborate on automation and optimization of data processes Participate in continuous improvement projects What are we looking for? 2–3 years of experience in data analysis or data management Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering / Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics (or related field) Intermediate to advanced English proficiency Ability to work independently and collaboratively in teams Effective communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders Technical Skills Intermediate SQL (queries, data validation) Experience with ETL processes or data handling Intermediate Excel (data handling and analysis) BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Experience with incident management tools (desirable) · Work Mode: Hybrid Location: CDMX, Polanco. -Requirements- Minimum Education: Higher Education – Bachelor’s Degree Years of Experience Languages: English Keywords: data, data, operations, specialist
