On-site work in Mexico City Job Description We are looking for a customer-oriented Call Center Agent responsible for delivering efficient and high-quality support via phone calls, emails, and/or chats. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a service-oriented attitude, and strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in English is a plus, especially for serving international customers. Responsibilities - Handle incoming and/or outgoing calls while providing customer support. - Resolve inquiries, complaints, or requests clearly, courteously, and promptly. - Accurately log interactions in internal systems. - Follow up on cases until resolution. - Meet performance metrics (response time, quality, customer satisfaction). -Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments. - Provide support through other channels such as chat or email. -Stay updated on products, services, and internal processes. Requirements - Prior experience in call centers or customer service (preferred). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Basic computer proficiency (Office suite, CRM, etc.). - Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. - Availability for full-time schedule, Monday to Friday. - Advanced English level (for training). - Ability to hold conversations or provide support in English is a plus.
