A continuous learning environment with courses and certifications We are looking for a Systems/Server Administrator to join our team as an ITSM Specialist! Are you passionate about technology and eager to continue growing professionally? This opportunity is for you. You will learn and develop in the ITSM field, working with tools such as BMC Remedy, ManageEngine, and Service Desk. What Are We Looking For? A candidate with solid knowledge in: Windows and Linux operating systems Active Directory management Networking, routers, and switches On-premise and cloud servers Databases (preferred) ITIL (preferred) What Will You Do? Provide consulting services to clients Participate in ITSM tool implementation projects Contribute ideas, learn, and grow with us Requirements: Bachelor's degree or engineering degree in Technology, Systems, or Computer Science Experience with ticketing platforms (preferred) What Do We Offer?
