AB Initio Developer Work arrangement: Remote Location: Mexico Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in a similar role Application monitoring and diagnostics, scripting, incident management, ITIL, troubleshooting, ticketing tools, CI/CD, and basic automation. AB Initio Oracle Database SQL Knowledge of log analysis and debugging. Version control (Git). Experience in application support, critical incident management, and fault resolution in production environments. Responsibilities Manage production and non-production incidents; perform root cause analysis, service restoration, and code correction. Execute preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives, ensure documentation and SLA compliance.
