Technical knowledge in IT. Proficiency in Office spreadsheet applications (Excel). Responsibilities: Updating databases. Reviewing and diagnosing technical issues with computers and network equipment. Updating and maintaining software (operating systems, corporate applications). Managing internet connectivity issues to ensure minimal interruptions. Performing minor repairs and maintenance on mobile devices and computing equipment. Coordinating with external vendors for major equipment repairs. Managing and controlling Eero devices. Delivering and configuring computing equipment, cell phones, and other devices for new hires.
