Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to design, plan, and execute brand events and public relations strategies to strengthen the positioning of Mexico Makers. Key Highlights: 1. Main Requirements: **Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field (degree required) **3+ years of experience in event organization, brand activations, or PR. **Experience in creative environments, agencies, or startups (highly desirable). **Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. **Experience working with influencers, communities, or digital media. **Execution capability, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects. **Sensitivity to cultural trends, branding, and experiential design. **Availability to attend events and flexible hours when required. Key Responsibilities: --> Design, plan, and execute brand events (launches, workshops, activations, creative experiences). --> Create experiences that convey the essence of Mexico Makers: innovation, community, and creativity. --> Develop and implement public relations strategies to increase visibility and positioning. --> Manage relationships with media, content creators, strategic partners, and key communities. --> Propose collaborations with brands, talents, and projects aligned with Mexico Makers’ DNA. --> Coordinate end-to-end event logistics: venues, vendors, production, timing, and user experience. --> Ensure brand consistency across every touchpoint (events, communications, activations). --> Measure event and PR campaign impact (reach, engagement, community growth, leads). --> Identify cultural and market trends to propose new experiences and campaigns. --> Support event amplification through content (social media, PR, storytelling).
