Passion for technology and payroll functions Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (completed) Intermediate Excel skills; pivot tables, macros (technical test required) Minimum 2 years’ experience in: tax calculations, disability benefits, severance payments, final settlements, Sunday premium pay Payroll processing (biweekly and weekly) for teams of at least 1,000 employees Experience using ERP or accounting-payroll systems Advanced knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and IMSS · Responsibilities: Processing payroll Calculating Sunday premiums, vacation premiums, and final settlements Reporting incidents IMSS administration · MacStore Benefits: Monthly salary of $16,000 gross (100% nominal compensation structure with direct employment contract) Year-end bonus exceeding legal requirements Meal vouchers Life insurance Savings fund Funeral expense assistance Plant attendance bonus of 12.5% of base salary · Work Location: Col.
