We have a place for you! · **Level 2 Operational Support Technician** · Requirements: Completed technical degree. Degree certificate mandatory. / Bachelor’s degree (internship status acceptable) in Computer Systems, Informatics, Information Technologies, or related field. Minimum one year of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. Solid knowledge in the field. Familiarity with ticketing tools. Key Responsibilities: Respond on-site to service orders for registered requests or incidents logged through the service desk. Perform hardware or software component functionality tests where potential failures may disrupt equipment operation, to issue corresponding technical diagnoses. Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Document resolutions for requests and incidents and compile evidence of service delivery. Required Competencies: Teamwork and collaboration.
