Job Summary: Compusof México is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects, with experience in SCRUM, ITIL, and PMI methodologies, customer-service oriented, and skilled in cross-departmental communication. Key Highlights: 1. Leads projects using SCRUM, ITIL, and PMI methodologies. 2. Focused on customer service and effective communication. Compusof México is currently seeking a Project Manager with solid knowledge and experience in project methodologies such as SCRUM, ITIL, and PMI. Profile: Systems Engineering, Finance, or Administration. Minimum two years of experience using Excel and Microsoft Project. Customer-service oriented. Basic knowledge of statistics: percentages, averages, mean, trends, and forecasting. Knowledge of and experience developing KPIs. Responsibilities and Activities: Communication between internal and external departments to request and consolidate information. Availability for full-time, on-site work. Solid knowledge of Scrum, ITIL, and PMI.
