Installation Technician - Full-time

Job Summary: We are seeking a technician to perform infrastructure, cabling, and electronic security system installations, lead on-site personnel, and ensure quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. On-site leadership of technical support staff. 2. Installation and maintenance of security systems (CCTV, Access Control). 3. Handling of structured cabling and optical fiber. JOB OBJECTIVE Accurately execute physical infrastructure, cabling, and electronic security system installations, lead on-site support personnel, and ensure efficient use of materials and tools in accordance with the company's quality standards. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Security Systems: Preventive/corrective installation and maintenance of CCTV and Access Control systems. Conduits: Installation of galvanized steel, CPVC, and aluminum piping per project specifications. Connectivity: Installation of structured cabling using copper and optical fiber media. Personnel Management: Directing and supervising support staff (Technical Assistant) to complete assigned tasks. Reporting: Preparing daily activity reports documenting progress and on-site incidents. Asset Safeguarding: Maintaining, cleaning, and securing assigned tools, materials, equipment, and accessories. Safety: Adhering to occupational health and safety regulations while performing duties.
