Job Summary: Compusof Mexico is seeking a Field Technical Support Engineer in CDMX to diagnose failures, replace parts, and resolve technical incidents for users. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: Technical degree in computing, systems, or equivalent in a related field Experience as a field technical engineer in telecommunications, systems, technical support, or related areas (minimum 6 months) Knowledge: Computer equipment maintenance and repair Laser printers Telephony and networking (basic) Structured cabling (preferred) Router, switch, and hub configuration Responsibilities: Diagnose failures reported by customers Replace parts, track incidents, handle and close reports 100% FIELD Job Responsibilities: Promptly resolve incidents and/or technical failure requests from users within the timeframes agreed upon with the client.
