Professional stability and growth within the IT sector A leading company specializing in the distribution of 3D printers, consumables, and technological solutions is seeking a B2B/B2C Commercial Executive focused on results, strategic negotiation, and deal closure. B2B Responsibilities: Prospecting, engaging, and following up with corporate clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and showroom visits. Developing and maintaining AA and AAA corporate client portfolios. Preparing quotations and negotiating commercial proposals. Closing in-person and digital sales of technology and 3D printing solutions. Recording and tracking sales opportunities in the CRM. Meeting monthly sales targets and regional sales projections. Managing forecasting and large-scale sales (in millions of pesos). Conducting commercial visits and traveling across the Mexican Republic. Requirements: Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Marketing, International Business, or related field. Proven experience in B2B consultative sales. Proficiency in CRM, WhatsApp Business, email, social media, and marketplaces. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills. Results-oriented mindset with commitment to achieving targets. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Availability for fully on-site work and travel. B2C Responsibilities: Providing personalized customer service and consultation at pickup points and digital channels. Selling 3D printers, consumables, spare parts, and technological accessories. Following up on leads generated via e-commerce platforms, social media, and digital channels. Preparing quotations, closing sales, and managing post-sales follow-up. Processing orders, issuing invoices, and coordinating deliveries. Updating customer information in CRM or internal systems. Meeting monthly sales targets. Assisting with product display, organization, and presentation. Participating in promotions and commercial strategies. Requirements: Completed high school diploma (technical, commercial, or systems-related studies preferred). Minimum 1 year of proven experience in both in-person and e-commerce B2C sales. Experience in sales call centers and/or retail floor sales. Experience selling technology products. Experience managing large-scale sales. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, CRM, and Microsoft Office suite. Excellent executive presence, customer service orientation, and commercial focus. Availability for on-site work and travel. What We Offer: Base salary of $13,000 gross per month. Uncapped commissions starting at $15,000 (in addition to base salary). Weekly payments via BBVA. Statutory benefits from day one: **IMSS (100% contribution). **Vacation entitlement as per statutory requirements. **15-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo). **25% vacation premium. **100% on-site work modality. **Full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 or 10:00–19:00 hrs.
