Job Mission: Manage and strengthen the brand's presence on social media through content creation, community interaction, and performance monitoring, aiming to generate engagement, build audience loyalty, and support marketing and business objectives. Job Objectives: Drive community participation through relevant content on 3D printing, technology, and maker culture. Increase growth and positioning of our social media channels. Encourage interaction and knowledge exchange among makers, creators, and enthusiasts. Promote community projects, events, and achievements. Maintain close and effective communication with the audience. Analyze metrics and results to optimize digital strategies. Key Responsibilities: Schedule and publish content across social media platforms (posts, reels, stories, and updates). Oversee and ensure proper execution of publications: copy, design, hashtags, links, and calls to action. Monitor comments, messages, and brand mentions across various digital channels. Respond to interactions in alignment with the brand's communication tone and route specific requests accordingly. Identify content opportunities, sales leads, and emerging trends within the community. Record basic engagement metrics and support analysis of results. Keep content materials, copy drafts, and assets organized. Perform basic adjustments to designs, images, or videos when necessary. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree completed in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in creating, scheduling, and publishing digital content. Intermediate proficiency in: Social media management for brands or companies. Branding and communication tone. Lead generation or e-commerce. Meta and Adobe Suite tools. Graphic design and basic photo/video editing. Availability to work onsite. Job Offer: Base salary: $13,500 gross per month. Weekly payment via BBVA. Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS – 100% contribution, vacation days, 15-day year-end bonus, 25% vacation premium). Work modality: 100% onsite. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 hrs.
