Job Description Position Objective Manage on-site execution of one or multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring compliance with scope, cost, time, safety, and environmental objectives, primarily in photovoltaic system implementation and energy efficiency solution projects. Responsibilities * Plan and supervise field construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedule and budget. * Coordinate on-site technical personnel and contractors, as well as validate progress and key activities. * Ensure proper implementation of industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental management standards. * Monitor project technical and economic performance, proposing corrective actions in case of deviations. * Ensure technical scope compliance according to approved drawings, specifications, and engineering documents. * Maintain constant on-site communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders. * Prepare periodic progress reports, construction control documentation, and project closeout. * Coordinate material reception, site logistics, and field quality control. * Support commissioning and final project handover to the client. Requirements for Candidates Position Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field * Minimum of 2 years of experience in field project management * Prior experience in photovoltaic industry projects * Experience in automotive industry projects will be valued * Ability to coordinate multiple work fronts simultaneously * Capacity to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings * Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations * Willingness to travel and work at various project locations * Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
