Position description Develop and execute commercial opportunities in the private sector, focusing on medium and large enterprises, offering integrated energy solutions including energy efficiency, on-site photovoltaic generation, energy storage, and monitoring and management systems, aiming to optimize their processes, reduce energy consumption, and advance toward decarbonization. Lead, coordinate, and supervise the national sales team, ensuring achievement of sales targets and continuous development of pipeline opportunities. Candidate requirements JOB RESPONSIBILITIES* Identify and capture commercial opportunities within industrial and tertiary sector companies. * Coordinate the national commercial team, ensuring regional coverage, goal attainment, and alignment with commercial strategy. * Establish and monitor commercial action plans and performance metrics for each team member. * Analyze customer processes to propose viable and profitable energy improvements. * Present and defend technical proposals developed by the engineering team. * Negotiate and close contracts. * Develop long-term commercial relationships with key clients. * Ensure effective coordination between technical and commercial teams. * Report commercial results to the executive committee and participate in defining business strategy. POSITION PROFILE EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Energy, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Additional training in sales or an MBA is a plus. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years in commercial development within the energy or industrial sector, including experience leading sales teams.
