The ideal candidate will be a Flutter expert capable of leading complex projects, guiding technical teams, and closely collaborating with designers and other developers to deliver innovative solutions that directly impact the user experience. **Responsibilities** * Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define, design, and launch new features. * Work with product managers, designers, and other developers to implement high-quality, easy-to-use applications. * Ensure code quality and maintainability through testing, code reviews, and refactoring. * Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve performance and resolve issues. * Continuously identify and learn new technologies to enhance application development. * Mentor junior developers on the team. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience in developing mobile applications using Flutter. * Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts. * Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web technologies. * Familiarity with Git and agile development methodologies. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team environment. * Excellent communication skills in Spanish and/or English.
