REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, Industrial Engineering**, or related fields. **Previous experience** managing the full cycle of **purchase orders** and **procurement processes**. Solid knowledge of **purchasing processes**, invoicing, order tracking, and document control. Experience with **SAP Ariba** and/or **SAP ERP** for procurement, invoicing, and payment management. Ability to **proactively track** purchase orders and invoices, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. Strong **data analysis** skills, capable of preparing operational reports and supporting decision-making. Experience in **supplier management and evaluation**, basic negotiation, and maintenance of supplier databases. Knowledge of **logistical and administrative coordination**, ensuring proper flow of information and materials. Ability to **propose and implement improvements** in operational processes focused on efficiency and cost reduction. Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. **C1 level English proficiency** (spoken and written).
