Join our team and become part of a collaborative and dynamic environment. **Responsibilities** * Participates in protein inventory to ensure proper supply to the area. * Performs assembly setup and preparatory processes prior to assembly. * Prepares preliminary dishes to ensure smooth grill operations. * Participates daily in grill production to efficiently standardize quantities. * Replenishes charcoal daily and stocks the corresponding line. * Assists in assembling the seafood and meat display according to group standards. * Reports shortages (supplies, utensils, and work equipment) to the Grill Supervisor. Requirements: * Gender: Unrestricted * Education: High school diploma (incomplete) * Age: 20 – 40 years old * Industry experience: 1 year (knowledge of meats, meat quality) * Temperature control * Knowledge of butchery techniques * Food hygiene and safety standards * Inventory management and handling * Knowledge and control of shrinkage * Stock management We Offer: * Base salary: $11,500 * Weekly tips * Cafeteria service · Employment type: Full-time Salary: $11,500.00 – $14,500.00 per month Benefits: * Cafeteria service Work location: On-site employment
