GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION Please briefly describe the objective of your position. That is, what is the main reason for its existence? Why and for what purpose does it exist? Verify, control, and report TR1 and TR2 route reconciliations (Pickup/Delivery) to ensure the entry and exit of items from vehicles and the platform at the COP, in order to maintain traceability and prevent item theft, as well as assist in general administrative tasks for operational control. 3\. Execute TR2 and TR1 route reconciliations. How do you do it? By verifying that all routes leaving/arriving at the COP show identical quantities of items entering/exiting, whether collected, delivered, or both, and ensuring the driver signs acceptance for any discrepancies. Why do you do it? To prevent item theft. 2\. What do you do? Locate items with reconciliation discrepancies in TR1 and TR2. How do you do it? By identifying each waybill with an issue, questioning the driver, and requiring immediate delivery of the missing item. Why do you do it? To ensure all items continue their flow within the Estafeta network and maintain traceability. 3\. What do you do? Ensure all items remaining on the platform are properly recorded. How do you do it? By registering, locating, and managing all pending shipments awaiting dispatch to route on the platform. Why do you do it? To physically identify items on the platform and confirm all items have a pending status recorded on the system. Operations Supervisor Operations Assistant 4\. What do you do? Monitor fuel efficiency for TR2 routes. How do you do it? By conducting daily audits for fuel loading control (high and low fuel efficiency). Why do you do it? To provide information to the supervisor to prevent fuel misuse and theft. 5\. What do you do? Immediately notify the Supervisor of the results of TR1, TR2 reconciliations and fuel efficiency audits. How do you do it? By documenting and sending the daily report at the time of closing reconciliations and completing fuel efficiency audits. Why do you do it? So the supervisor can take corrective and/or preventive actions with drivers/routes experiencing issues to prevent recurrence. 5\. DECISION-MAKING List the types of decisions made to fulfill job responsibilities without requiring prior approval. Example: Invoice authorization; customer problem resolution, etc. Stop the TR2 Driver / Route Assistant at the COP if a reconciliation discrepancy is found. Require immediate delivery of the missing item, as well as the driver’s signature acknowledging the reconciliation discrepancy. Determine, based on analysis, which TR2 routes will be audited for fuel efficiency. Manage the location of pending items on the platform. Type of decision made jointly with the immediate supervisor or subject to negotiation with them. Example: Authorization of expenses above a certain threshold; resolution of atypical problems, etc. Follow-up on sanctions due to discrepancies in TR1 and TR2 reconciliations. 6\.
