Position Summary: Ensure operational continuity of technological infrastructure through internal technical support and system management. Key Highlights: 1. AUTHORITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 'Operating Systems: Windows, macOS, Linux. Experience with Google Diagnostic and Resolution Tools: Hardware diagnostic software, remote management tools such as TeamViewer. Network Management: Tools such as Cisco, Databases: Basic knowledge of SQL, MySQL. Cybersecurity: Basic security knowledge, antivirus and antimalware tools.' SPECIFICATIONS EDUCATION: Incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree in administrative, communications, or systems-related fields. EXPERIENCE: 'Diagnosis and Resolution: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network failures; configure LAN and WAN networks. Installation and Maintenance: Configure new equipment, operating systems, and applications. User Support: Provide technical assistance (on-site or remote) to employees or customers. Documentation: Record interactions and resolutions in a ticketing system. Inventory Management: Track IT resources, hardware, and licenses.' HARD SKILLS: Advanced proficiency level 'Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS). Networks (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi). Computer hardware and peripherals.'
