Position Summary: Supports material and purchasing logistics, ensuring proper procurement, transportation, and delivery while optimizing routes and complying with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Material and supply collection, delivery, and transportation. 2. Identification of alternative suppliers and route optimization. 3. Assistance with loading, unloading, and personnel transportation. Main Responsibilities: ° Collect, deliver, and transport materials, tools, and supplies as instructed by the Purchasing or Administrative Coordination department. ° Verify that purchased items match authorized purchase orders or requisitions. ° Conduct local purchases from various suppliers, ensuring submission of corresponding receipts and invoices. ° Assist in identifying alternative suppliers to improve pricing, delivery times, or material availability. ° Deliver materials and tools to plants, construction sites, or designated locations, ensuring proper receipt. ° Assist with loading and unloading of materials, safeguarding their integrity. ° Coordinate routes to optimize time and reduce transportation costs. ° Comply with traffic regulations, internal company policies, and established safety measures. ° Assist with internal or external personnel transportation upon request. ° Maintain constant communication with the requesting department to report progress or issues during purchases or deliveries. We Offer: -Monthly net salary of $10,000 MXN. -Attendance and punctuality bonus: $1,000 MXN. -Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 hrs., and Saturday, 09:00–14:00 hrs. -Location: Sta.
