You will be responsible for transforming data into strategic information that drives decision-making across the organization. If you love generating and exploring databases, creating visualizations, and discovering insights that tell a story, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** * **Extract and manipulate data** from various sources using SQL queries and Tableau PREP. * **Clean and prepare data** to ensure its quality, integrity, and accuracy. * **Generate databases** to feed reports and dashboards for strategic analysis. * **Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards** and reports in Tableau to visualize KPIs and trends. * **Analyze data** to identify insights and opportunities for improvement. * **Present findings and recommendations** clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical. * **Collaborate with different teams** to understand their analytical needs and propose data-driven solutions. **Requirements and Skills:** * **Proven experience** as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. * **Database knowledge** for querying and manipulating databases (experience with PREP and/or SQL is essential). * **Experience with Tableau** for creating dashboards and data visualizations (Intermediate level). * **Analytical skills** and ability to interpret complex information. * **Ability to communicate results** effectively. * **Attention to detail** and commitment to information quality. * **Problem-solving** and critical thinking skills. **Desirable Skills (Plus):** * Knowledge of a programming language such as Python or R. * Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI). * Familiarity with data modeling and ETL concepts.
