




We are looking for a person with experience in **Human Resources**, responsible for attracting, selecting, and retaining the best talent for the organization, as well as supporting administrative and operational processes within the HR department. **Responsibilities:** * Posting and distributing job openings through various channels. * Recruiting and selecting operational and administrative personnel. * Conducting interviews, psychometric tests, and hiring screenings. * Compiling employee files and managing documentation. * Assisting in onboarding and training new employees. * Managing employee hires, terminations, and transfers. * Monitoring attendance, handling incidents, and assisting with payroll processing. * Participating in workplace climate initiatives and internal communications. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR processes. * Experience using job boards, social media, and competency-based interviews. * Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Employment type: Part-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Discounts and preferential pricing * Free parking * Company phone Work location: On-site
