Logistics and Operations City: FEDERAL DISTRICT Publication Date: Jan 13, 2026 Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Description: **Position Objective** Execute, supervise, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on the architectural infrastructure of Estafeta Group’s various operating centers, operational yards, and administrative buildings, ensuring optimal operating conditions, safety, and operational continuity. ⸻ **Functions and Responsibilities** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on architectural elements of industrial warehouses (floors, walls, roofs, loading docks, façades, roller shutters, metalwork, and finishes). * Carry out minor and major repairs in **offices, operating centers, and operational yards**. * Supervise and coordinate work with **external suppliers** (masonry, painting, waterproofing, drywall, metalwork, etc.). * Conduct inspection rounds to identify damage, structural risks, or maintenance needs. * Support **facility adaptation, remodeling, or expansion projects**. * Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and photographic evidence. * Track work orders and ensure adherence to established timelines. * Ensure compliance with **safety regulations, civil protection standards, and internal guidelines**. * Availability for nationwide travel to address incidents or special projects. * Support in materials and tools management, as well as basic inventory control. * Coordinate with operational areas to minimize disruptions to logistics operations. **Technical Knowledge** * Basic and specialized masonry. * Painting and finishing. * Waterproofing. * Drywall and ceiling systems. * Basic metalwork and carpentry. * Basic reading of architectural blueprints. * Safety and hygiene regulations. * Use of manual and electric tools. * Maintenance of loading docks (desirable but not mandatory).
