Multidisciplinary collaboration to ensure content coherence and effectiveness. **Role Objective** Develop, optimize, and manage user-centered digital content aligned with business goals and performance metrics, integrating SEO, UX Writing, and analytics principles to maximize visibility, engagement, and conversion. **Responsibilities** * Write informative, educational, and strategic content for websites, blogs, landing pages, and other digital platforms, ensuring clarity, relevance, and alignment with SEO best practices. * Research and analyze keywords, search intent, and trends to develop content that addresses user needs. * Apply UX Writing principles when creating content for digital interfaces (forms, CTAs, error messages, empty states, and end-to-end flows). * Translate complex processes into simple, clear, and actionable experiences through content. * Use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude) to support content creation, curation, and optimization. * Integrate SEO, UX Writing, and storytelling strategies into performance-oriented content pieces (CTR, conversion, engagement). * Monitor content performance (traffic, rankings, engagement, clicks) using tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, and Adobe Analytics. * Generate performance reports and identify data-driven optimization opportunities. * Develop strategic content proposals aligned with business objectives, user behavior, and the competitive landscape. * Present progress, results, and recommendations to clients clearly, structurally, and decision-oriented. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (SEO, UX, design, product, development) to ensure content coherence and effectiveness. * Challenge and propose improvements to the user experience from a content perspective, beyond tactical execution. **Skills** * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Ability to adapt tone and style according to audience and context. * Proficiency in UX Writing and microcopy, focused on clarity, usefulness, and conversion. * Experience writing for digital interfaces (forms, CTAs, error messages, end-to-end flows). * Ability to develop narratives (storytelling) aligned with business objectives. * Skill in translating complex processes into simple and actionable content. * User-centered content focus (journeys, friction points, motivators, and key moments). * Ability to integrate SEO, UX Writing, and storytelling into a performance-oriented content strategy. * Experience in keyword and search intent research. * Ability to propose topics and editorial lines aligned with strategy.
