This position reports to the Director of Corporate Media Relations and Communications, Mexico. It plays a key role in executing coordinated and impactful internal and external communications. You will work closely with the Communications team in Mexico, providing direct support in planning, organizing and delivering communications for various projects, stakeholder engagement and corporate events. Your contributions will ensure message consistency and quality across TC Energy, strengthen our reputation and support our strategic objectives in the country. What you’ll do* Request Management: Prioritize, resolve and escalate communication requests from internal departments, as well as media inquiries. * Resource Enablement: Manage and support internal communication needs in accordance with the Communications Manual. * Strategic Support: Assist in developing and executing internal and external communication plans and content, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy. * Content Creation: Draft communications for a diverse, bilingual employee base and for external audiences. * Channel Management: Administer and distribute content across our internal and external communication channels. * Event Support: Support internal and external events such as town halls, employee forums, summits and conventions. * Team Coordination: Manage key administrative and coordination functions, including processing vendor payments, maintaining updated internal documents and folders, tracking team project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks assigned to our external public relations agencies. * Collaboration: Collaborate and serve as a liaison with Communications and External Relations teams across North America. Minimum Requirements* University degree in communications, journalism or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate communications. * Intermediate English language proficiency. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Requirements* A creative, organized and proactive individual with enthusiasm for opportunities and challenges in the energy sector. * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams. * Ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. * Proven attention to detail.
