We are currently seeking a **Java Lead** to join **on-site** in CDMX, collaborating with our client UPAX. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and implementing Java architectures. * Proficiency in Java 17, Spring Boot, and Maven. * Knowledge of Quarkus for microservices. * Experience with SonarQube and Checkmarx. * Server administration on AWS and physical servers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and document scalable Java-based architectures. * Define and ensure implementation of software development best practices. * Collaborate with development and operations teams. * Oversee application deployment in cloud and physical server environments. **What We Offer:** * Net monthly salary of $40,000 * Statutory benefits. * Enhanced benefits (Major Medical Expense Insurance and Life Insurance). * Profit-sharing. * 15-day Christmas bonus and 25% vacation premium. * Professional development opportunities.
