DESCRIPTION ### **Role Summary** We are seeking a **hands-on Technical Leader** with solid experience in **.NET development** and **Azure architecture**, who can combine technical leadership with direct coding involvement. ### **Key Responsibilities and Experience:** **Development** * Backend expert in .NET Core / .NET 6+ (C#), including asynchronous programming and dependency injection. * Functional knowledge of React.js and React Native for technical guidance and code reviews. * Hands-on ability to develop key components and resolve complex problems. **Azure:** * Design and deployment of enterprise-grade architectures on Azure. * Containerization with Docker and orchestration of microservices using Kubernetes (AKS). * Use of PaaS/IaaS services (Service Bus, Key Vault, Azure Functions) managed via IaC (Terraform or Bicep). * Advanced proficiency in SQL (T-SQL), schema design, and performance optimization in SQL Server or Azure SQL. * Experience with Azure Databricks. * Familiarity with Unity Catalog for data governance. * Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (YAML). * Security focus: OWASP, OAuth2, OIDC, and Managed Identities. * Mastery of design patterns (SOLID, GoF, EIP) and architectures (Microservices, EDA, CQRS). **Leadership and Management** * Technical leadership through code reviews, standards definition, and resource planning. * Mentoring, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management. * Cost awareness and OPEX management in the cloud.
