Focus on efficiency, traceability, and reduction of manual errors. **Job Description:** Automate critical internal processes to enhance efficiency, traceability, and response times while reducing manual errors. Build workflow/automation and cross-functional monitoring solutions. Integrate with operational systems and improve interdepartmental workflows. Responsible for developing and maintaining batch processing, ETL, reconciliation, reporting, and operational process automation systems. Primary focus is ensuring correct execution of critical processes, generation of regulatory reports, data integration across systems, and development of tools that optimize banking operations. **Technical Skills:** * Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Desired certifications: SQL Server, Power BI, Azure Data. *Experience* * 3\-5 years of experience in batch system development, ETL, or data processing. * Experience in developing high-volume automated processes. * Handling large volumes of data (hundreds of thousands of records). * Experience in report generation and data analysis (desirable). * Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, SSRS) is a plus. *Technical Knowledge* * .NET Core / .NET Framework, C\#, Windows Services, Console Apps. * SQL Server: stored procedures, jobs, basic SSIS, complex queries. * File processing: CSV, Excel, XML, JSON, layout files. * ETL: Basic SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or Azure Data Factory. * Automation: PowerShell, scripting, Task Scheduler. * Reporting: SSRS, Advanced Excel (Power BI desirable). * Git, Azure DevOps. * Desirable: Basic RPA (Power Automate), Azure Functions, Logic Apps. *Competencies* * Analytical thinking and diagnostic ability. * Attention to detail in processing critical data. * Ability to work under pressure within tight time windows. * Capability to debug complex batch-related issues. * Effective communication with operational and business areas. * Orientation toward automation and efficiency. * Proactivity in identifying process improvements. * Organization and multitasking capability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop high-volume batch processes for banking operations. * Implement ETL processes for data integration and transformation. * Develop functionalities for automatic bank reconciliation. * Create regulatory reports for CNBV, SAT, and Banco de México. * Develop tools for automating operational tasks. * Implement scheduled jobs and services (Windows Services, SQL Server Agent). * Develop dashboards and executive reports for business areas. * Optimize queries and stored procedures for massive data processing. * Process files in various formats (CSV, Excel, XML, banking layout files). * Implement alerts and automatic notifications for critical processes. * Write unit tests and data integrity validations. * Maintain technical documentation for automated processes. * Bots/Workflows, tracking dashboards, operational documentation. * Automation rate, error reduction, and operational TAT. * Process improvement, observability, and service orientation. * Basic Python * SFTP
