




Job Summary: We are seeking a customer service data entry clerk to provide telephone support, assist with the portal, review digital documentation, and perform administrative tasks. Review of digital documentation and ticket handling Customer Service \- Data Entry Clerk, Afternoon Shift Requirements Completed high school education Ages 20 to 45 Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service and data entry or as an administrative assistant. **Responsibilities:** Handling service-related phone calls (not sales or collections) from customers. Supporting customers in using the company's portal. Reviewing digital documentation related to customer files. Handling tickets. Performing administrative tasks. **Work Location:** Periférico . Blvd. Manuel Ávila Camacho Col. Lomas de Barrilaco, Delegación Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX, (reference: Hacienda los Morales between Av. de las Palmas and Horacio Street). Working hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM Availability required for the first two weeks of training: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **We Offer:** Monthly gross salary of $9,500 MXN, including statutory benefits.
