Supervise construction projects A recently graduated architect/architectural designer in Architecture is required to collaborate within the company's Design department and undertake conceptualization, design, and drafting of plans for various types of real estate construction projects. Specifically, the candidate will also be responsible for conducting architectural on-site surveys of different properties and buildings in their current condition; preparing installation and structural drawings, descriptive and calculation reports, as well as project quantity take-offs and on-site project supervision. 100% accountability; eagerness to launch a professional career with strong motivation for professional advancement.
