If you possess excellent project management skills and a solid understanding of industry best practices, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. ¨¨¨¨¨¨ WE ARE SEEKING ¨¨¨¨¨¨¨ **\*SCOPE ENGINEER\*** **Candidate Profile:** * Academic Background: University degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering * Postgraduate Degree/Certification (Desirable/Plus): * Desirable certifications: Professional license; CCRD – ICREA; CDCP – Uptime Institute. * English: Intermediate level / B1\-B2 (Capable of reading technical manuals, participating in meetings with foreign suppliers, and drafting reports) **Professional Experience:** * 4 to 10 years of experience in Data Center projects * Architectural design and civil works coordination * Coordination of multidisciplinary engineering disciplines * Construction supervision and technical review **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop engineering and architectural design for Data Center projects * Prepare architectural layouts and critical area allocations * Coordinate civil works, structural, and finishing designs * Participate in conceptual, basic, and detailed engineering development * Review and validate architectural and civil drawings * Coordinate architectural integration with electrical, mechanical, and telecommunications disciplines * Design solutions oriented toward operational continuity and maintenance * Quantify and prepare concept catalogs * Prepare construction bill-of-quantities * Participate in technical meetings with clients, contractors, and suppliers * Provide technical follow-up during construction and execution * Identify construction risks and propose solutions **Monthly Salary Range:** Base Fixed Salary * $20,000 – 25,000 monthly gross Benefits * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Credit union account * Minor medical expenses coverage * Subsidized cafeteria (at corporate office in CDMX) * Life insurance * Laptop and mobile phone for job performance * 100% IMSS contributions * Direct employment with the company **IMPORTANT** * **Willingness to travel:** Mandatory (Projects located in various states or abroad). * **Documentation:** Valid passport and, preferably, U.S. visa If you meet the profile and wish to join our outstanding team, please apply through this channel. **"All recruitment processes are completely free of charge."
