If you are a visionary leader passionate about driving category growth and building winning strategies, we invite you to join our journey. **Education / Certifications:** * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is required. * Master's degree (MBA) or relevant post\-graduate qualification is highly preferred. **Experience:** * Minimum of 15\+ years of progressive experience within Trade Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Key Account Management or Category Management in the FMCG industry. * At least 5 years in a leadership role, managing and developing teams in a complex, multi\-channel environment. * Demonstrable track record of delivering significant commercial growth and market share expansion. **Job specific requirements:** * Deep understanding of retail landscape, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics in Mexico. * Proficiency in driving insights and strategic recommendations. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization and with external partners. * Strong financial acumen and P\&L management experience. * Fluency in English.
