**Education:** Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Design **Industry:** Vertical construction in CDMX **Relevant experience:** Minimum 1 year, verifiable **Knowledge:** Blueprint interpretation, proficiency in construction quantity takeoff, technical knowledge of construction materials and processes. **Software:** Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp **Skills:** Reconciliation, attention to detail, information organization and control, technical communication, logical thinking and judgment, teamwork, proactivity, collaborative attitude. **Responsibilities:** * Quantification of steel, formwork, concrete, ceramic tiles, and plaster. * Comparative tables between base budgets vs. quantified budgets. * Analysis of discrepancies for reconciliation of change orders. * Continuous physical monitoring of the project to identify changes affecting quantities. * Analysis of proposals to streamline quantification processes. * Concurrent management of multiple projects.
