Position Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator for a multinational company in Mexico, responsible for recruiting, managing, and maintaining the database of local collaborators. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for local recruitment and collaborator management. 2. Establish and maintain a human resources database. 3. Coordinate personnel assignment for in-person procedures. We are a Chinese multinational enterprise with over ten years of experience in the Mexican market. Our core business includes wholesale trade of mobile phones, electric motorcycles, 3C digital products, and daily-use consumer goods. We operate our own warehouses in Mexico and have an established offline sales team. With the rapid growth of e-commerce platforms such as Mercado Libre, Temu, and TikTok Shop, the company has officially launched its local e-commerce business in Mexico, focusing on registration of local corporate entities (e.g., SA/SAS), as well as providing corporate maintenance, accounting, and tax advisory services. We are currently recruiting local talent in Mexico City to jointly expand new opportunities in cross-border e-commerce. Job Responsibilities 1\. Responsible for local recruitment, selection, background verification, and information management of local collaborators. 2\. Establish and maintain a human resources database to ensure a stable supply of talent for operations. 3\. Manage daily communication, follow-up, relationship maintenance, and risk control with collaborators. 4\. Coordinate with field staff to assign necessary personnel for in-person procedures and administrative tasks. Requirements 1\. Mexican nationality; familiarity with the local community. Community-level contact networks are preferred. 2\. Experience in recruitment, external relations, customer service, or fieldwork is a plus. 3\. Excellent communication skills, courteous demeanor, patience, and attention to detail. 4\. Willingness and ability to travel, perform fieldwork, and conduct in-person visits. 5\. Native Spanish speaker with a high level of confidentiality. Salary and Benefits Salary: 10,000 – 15,000 (commensurate with experience) Performance Bonus: 500 per recruited collaborator Commissions: uncapped Monthly Salary: $10,000.00 \- $15,000.00 Work Location: On-site employment
