At **IMPELMEX**, we are looking for our next **Warehouse Coordinator**, responsible for leading daily operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, and improving the efficiency of our processes within the metal-mechanical manufacturing area.
**Job Objective**
Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency in goods receipt, storage, inventory management, and dispatch, as well as leading the workforce to achieve organizational goals.
**Academic Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in **Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management Engineering**, or related field.
**Experience Profile**
* 3–5 years in warehouse, distribution center, or logistics management.
* Minimum 2 years in a leadership role.
* Proficiency in **ERP** and warehouse management systems.
* Experience in inventory and stock control.
* Intermediate–advanced English.
* Experience in **metal-mechanical manufacturing**.
* Knowledge of audits and inventories.
* Familiarity with **ISO 9001:2015**.
* Management of high- and low-volume warehouses.
* Knowledge of **CTPAT**, import/export shipments. (Desirable)

**Main Responsibilities**
* Supervise and motivate the warehouse team, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
* Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
* Conduct periodic meetings to communicate objectives.
* Control inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
* Monitor minimum and maximum inventory levels.
* Implement procedures for receipt, storage, and dispatch.
* Execute periodic inventory audits.
* Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
* Implement and maintain WMS systems.
* Manage efficient use of warehouse space.
* Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
* Train staff on material handling and internal procedures.
* Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, and procurement departments.
* Serve as liaison between operational staff and management.
* Lead internal and external audits.
* Maintain focus on continuous improvement.
* Achieve 98% accuracy between physical inventory and ERP.
* Supervise shipments, unloading, and customer deliveries.
* Responsible for maintenance and certification of sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
* Handling and control of hazardous materials.
* Administer compliance with **CTPAT** activities.
**Working Hours:** 09:00–17:30 hrs.
