




**Date Posted:** 2025\-09\-09**Country:** Mexico**Location:** Calzada Manuel Gómez Morín número 3200,Colonia Rancho Hermanos Fuentes, CP 21190,Mexico.**Position Role Type:** Unspecified**Responsabilidades del puesto:** * Be part of the quality team performing material inspections and significantly contributing to the delivery of units that meet requirements to ensure a quality product. * Perform a variety of inspection tasks on highly complex product parts (inspect for defects, errors, variations, first article inspection). * Evaluate manufacturing processes and procedures by following Collins Quality Management Systems. * Inspect performance standards and workmanship. * Interpret and evaluate products, processes, and procedures using schematic diagrams, drawings, designs, work instructions, and quality operating procedures to ensure accuracy. * Experience using inspection measurement tools (micrometers, gauges, scales, calipers, etc.) to verify specifications is required. * Report defects, errors, and variations and analyze data. Maintain accurate records of all inspections for departmental and company audits. * Using trend data, determine root cause and corrective action activities for process and product improvements. * Will be asked to perform random audits of all assembly processes, procedures, and products. * Time entry into SAP/FIT system is required, including time applied to programs being worked on and time/attendance. * Regular and reliable attendance is required, along with flexibility to support the production schedule which may require overtime and alternate shift hours. * Work safely according to Collins Aerospace's Safety and Hygiene policies. * May be required to perform additional responsibilities. * May take initiative to carry out continuous improvement activities within the department, as required for ongoing improvement. ### **Essential Requirements:** * High school diploma completed or university student with at least 1 year remaining to graduation. * Minimum of 1 year verifiable experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of using measuring tools and equipment such as vernier calipers. * Knowledge of interpretation and reading of blueprints (drawings in English). * Understanding of geometric tolerances. * Basic\-intermediate level of English (able to understand written instructions in English). * Availability to train during morning shift (6:00am \- 2:48pm) for the first month, then transition to second shift 3:10pm \- 11:10pm. ### **Preferred Requirements:** * Valid visa. * Availability to travel. * **Experience in Welding Inspection** * Experience in SMT Inspection Apply now and become part of the team redefining the aerospace industry every day. **PLEASE NOTE OUR LOCATION:** Manuel Gomez Morin \#3200, Col.Rancho Hermanos Fuertes.
