Job Description and Details **Job Responsibilities:** * Join the quality team by performing material inspections and making significant contributions to delivering units that meet requirements to ensure a high-quality product. * Perform a variety of inspection tasks on highly complex product parts (e.g., defect detection, error identification, variation analysis, first-article inspection). * Evaluate manufacturing processes and procedures in accordance with Collins’ Quality Management Systems. * Inspect workmanship and execution standards. * Interpret and evaluate products, processes, and procedures using schematic diagrams, drawings, designs, work instructions, and quality operating procedures to ensure accuracy. * Experience using measurement devices and inspection tools (e.g., micrometers, gauges, scales, calipers) to verify specifications is required. * Report defects, errors, and variations and analyze data.
