Lead customer complaint teams. * (Processes) Coordinates New Product Introduction (NPI) within his assigned processes. Coordinate NPI on his processes. * (Processes) Aligns the company’s strategic planning with the department’s work plan. * Adequates strategic plan to daily work plan. * (Processes) Responsible for developing improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing Quality, Cost \& Efficiency. * Deliver improvement initiatives for improving quality, cost \& efficiency. **Competencies/Skills and Knowledge:** * (Development) Design of Experiments * (Development) Knowledge of materials manufacturing: PCBs, epoxies, molding compounds, gold wire, etc. * (Development) Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment: die bonders, wire bonders, mold machines, etc. * (Processes) Applied advanced statistics; Six Sigma Black Belt certification required minimum.
