**Role Overview:** A Sr. Manufacturing Engineering profile highlights a professional responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing **manufacturing processes** to ensure efficient production rates in collaboration with supply chain with a high\-quality products implementing KPI’s. **Leadership production** and **maintenance of the production lines** guiding the production team on high safety standards, efficiency, quality control, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** * Analyzing manufacturing workflows and implementing continuous improvement strategies, such as lean manufacturing and Six Sigma, to identify and eliminate bottlenecks. * Leadership daily production schedules and monitor output to ensure that manufacturing goals and delivery deadlines are met. Also review production data and reports to analyze performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. * Selecting, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining manufacturing equipment, including robotics, and designing efficient factory layouts. * Collaborating with research and development (R\&D) and design teams to ensure new products are designed for manufacturability (DFM) and can be produced efficiently and reliably. * Developing and implementing quality control processes and designing testing methods to ensure products meet specifications and standards. * Performing cost\-benefit analyses to minimize material, labor, and production costs without compromising quality. * Ensuring all manufacturing procedures and equipment adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards. * Leading and managing manufacturing projects from design through implementation. * Installation qualification of manufacturing equipment, ensuring it meets production requirements, control Preventive and Corrective maintenance of all equipment’s. * Resolve issues and delays in production, finding ways to reduce costs and maximize quality. (PSP) * Advocate for continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes. The use of lean tools such as Standard Work, 5’s, SMED, Eliminate 8 Wastes of lean, Kanban, Kamishibai among others. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical or electronic engineering, or a related field. * 5\+ years in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in a production environment. * Strong analytical, leadership and knowledge of manufacturing processes. * Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar certifications are preferred. **Soft Skills:** * Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, teamwork and conflict resolution. * Strong problem\-solving abilities, Critical Thinking, Decision Making \& project management skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with cross\-functional teams, strategic planning. **Technical Skills:** * Familiarity with electronic assembly manufacturing, testing and standards. * Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools. (Project, ERP, QMS, CAD, VISIO, MS XLS) * English/ Spanish * Cost Analyzing \& financial managment, **Reporting To:** ME Manager or MEX Director of Operation.
