ATCS engineers in the field and in product development work closely with our customers to understand their technology needs now and in the future. ### **Responsibilities** The systems programming engineer shall design, develop, and implement software development projects across all company departments. These programs must align with the specific requirements of each product line and primarily aim to ensure the quality of products manufactured by the company. To achieve this, an agile software development methodology must be followed. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Software requirements analysis. * Software design, development, and implementation. * Software documentation, software development request (SDR). * Software documentation, technical manuals, and user manuals. * Database maintenance. * Database reporting. * Adherence to committed deadlines for software release. * Training personnel on the use of developed systems. * User support for system usage. * Collaboration with production areas to implement changes or improvements that help ensure product quality. * Taking initiative in software development projects. * Software updates. * Software optimization. * Dashboard and visual management implementation to support decision-making. * Priority focus on tracking system development. * Implementation of Power BI as an information visualization tool. * Implementation of AI-supported technologies, algorithms, and tools for process optimization. * Reporting activities to the Software Development Supervisor or Systems Manager. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field. * Spanish / English * 3 years of experience * Database management systems: MySQL, MSSQL, Firebird. * Desktop programming languages: VB.NET, C\#. * Web programming languages: CSS, HTML, ASP.NET (Desired) * SQL language * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Customer (user) service orientation. * Power BI
