Job Summary: Responsible for receiving LRUs, maintaining inventory control of WIP and recovered materials, and inducting and releasing LRUs in Epicor for maintenance activities. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on Quality and Safety **Job Description and Activity Details** Responsible for receiving LRUs and maintaining inventory control on WIP, recovered materials. Induct in Epicor and release all LRUs received for maintenance activity to repair shop floor. Perform systematic review to maintain control of all Jobs in process and maintain control of all paperwork generated after maintenance activity. * Receive and perform receiving inspection on all shipments received for Service Center from external customers and other company locations on a daily basis. * Identify lack of basic information on repair orders received with material or issues to release orders in quality / Epicor system and send notification to support personnel to resolve hold conditions. * Induct repair order in the MRP system. Case and Job generation. Maintain records required to keep the Epicor system updated. * Record basic Aircraft data to initiate the shop floor report for each maintenance activity. * Receive, store, and induct as required the record of recovered materials to maintain the inventory of recovered parts updated. * Release the JOBs required to repair/recertify recovered materials and Spared LRUs from exchanges stock as required from Service Centers operations. * Organize and archive paperwork as required and scan paperwork to maintain electronic record history as required. **Experience and Requirements** The repair order controller must have knowledge of inventory controls, receiving and warehouse processes, knowledge of MRP preferred, basic English language skills, basic handling of workshop tools, be enthusiastic and committed to the work, be disciplined and ready to face the challenges that arise daily in support of Quality and Safety. Experience handling material with pallet jack is preferred. * Requires a minimum degree of completed high school or equivalent. * Read, write, and understand English language. * Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Planner, Power BI). * Epicor (preferred) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $500.00 - $530.00 per day Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Application Question(s): * Excel and Outlook proficiency Education: * Incomplete or ongoing Bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience: * Inventory control, material receiving processes: 1 year (Mandatory) * Administrative tasks and order/work tracking: 1 year (Mandatory) Language: * English (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
